Secret Stash

Stress Negative
Bred by: Jacob Edmond

The Fall Classic is always loaded with depth and quality regardless of the breed or size of the hog being show/sifted. The mature crossbred boar show was no exception this past fall. When the dust settled we elected to hang our hat on the Jacob Edmond entry. This stress negative, class winner cost $10,000 to bring home to Clayton but we were excited to secure him. His pedigree is a little different than what we already have in the lineup. Swagger 1-3 X Brotherly Love X Hillbilly Bone reads with a bunch of successful genetics. The Swagger line needs no introduction to the winner’s circle and the Hillbilly Bone grand dam is a littermate to Bone Collector. A battle with sickness and injury kept us from getting him rolling as quickly as what we liked but now healthy as a horse this one we like a bunch. SECRET STASH got his name from feeling like we had him in hiding while he recuperated. We had a ton of intrigue on him over the winter and that steam carried over to spring when he was ready to roll. SECRET STASH flat out impresses with his ability to get out and cover the surface with ease. Super square and true at the ground with great width. Heavy and stout in his bone work and clean in his joints. Level designed and up headed from the side. Shapely down his top with great rib shape. That extra shot of body length to compensate the moderate ones. The secret is out of the bag now, come discover hogs that will be stout and athletic with a bunch of show hog look with SECRET STASH!!!
