All cancellations must be made by 9:00 am EST on the date of the collection.

THE PURCHASER OF THE SEMEN WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE SEMEN IF ORDERS ARE NOT CANCELLED BY THE 9:00 EST DEADLINE ON THE DATE OF THE COLLECTION.

ALL SEMEN PURCHASES WILL BE PRE-PAID, C.O.D, OR PAID BY CREDIT CARD UNLESS A PRIOR WORKING RELATIONSHIP OF CREDIT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED.

ALL SEMEN IS SHIPPED UPS NEXT DAY AIR DELIVERY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED. SATURDAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE. 

 

OVERRUN SEMEN, PRICING, SEMEN CONTRACTS

WHEN SEMEN THAT IS COLLECTED EXCEEDS ORDERS WE RECEIVE, WE OFFER OVERRUN DISCOUNTS. Call STARTING at 11am EST on collection days for availability of overrun semen. Most semen will be available at ½ price. Orders need to be placed by 5pm EST in order to make shipment. 

PRE-ORDER SEMEN – AVAILABLE ANYTIME PRIOR TO 11AM EST on Collection Day

OVERRUN SEMEN – AVAILABLE STARTING AT 11AM TO 3PM EST

LAST CALL SEMEN – AVAILABLE STARTING AT 3PM until Next Collection Day.

DURING JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MID MAY, JUNE, MID OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, AND DECEMBER, SEMEN WILL BE DISCOUNTED TO AT LEAST HALF THE PREORDER PRICE OR BETTER DURING THE OFF SEASON SCHEDULE TO REFLECT OUR SAVINGS PROGRAMS. 

Semen contracts are available at your convenience. Contracts are to be paid up front and can be done on individual boars or a combination of boars. Contact Adam, Jason, Brandon, or Ben for more information regarding semen contracts.

BREEDING CERTIFICATES

ALL AI BREEDING CERTIFICATES ARE NOW PROCESSED ONLINE. TO SECURE YOUR CERTIFICATE, YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH YOUR HERDMARK OR OWNER NUMBER, BREEDING DATE, AND SERVICE SIRE. AI BREEDING CERTIFICATES ARE $40 for NSR breeds and $30 for CPS & Berkshire breeds. CERTIFICATES ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS UPON REQUEST BEING MADE. IF A RUSH IS NEEDED IT MUST BE MADE CLEAR UPON REQUEST AND ACCOMPANIES A FEE OF $40 TO RUSH ORDER IT. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE WE WILL PROCESS YOUR CERTIFICATE.

Crossroads Genetics has the highest-quality technology available, but cannot control the conditions under which the boar semen is used or the techniques used in applications and, therefore, makes no warranties or representations beyond those made expressly herein.  Crossroads Genetics warrants that the product sold is of adequate quality and viability for breeding swine at the time it leaves Crossroads.  Crossroads Genetics makes no guarantees, warranties or representations, either written or oral, expressed or implied.

Specifically, Crossroads Genetics makes no quarantee concerning conception rate, breed purity of sires or health of the product.

In the event that any of our products are damaged in shipment or prove to be defective, damages resulting from their use shall be limited to the purchase value of the semen.  In no event shall Crossroads Genetics be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
